Judicial resolution that can bring together protective measures in cases of domestic violence provided for by law, including criminal and, when appropriate, civil measures.
What should be taken into account
A protection measure responds to a precautionary assessment; does not in itself amount to a criminal conviction. Their content, scope and validity must be examined.
